Dinosaur Trackways Workshop @ Kiama Library

Learn how palaeontologists act as detectives to solve the clues that dinosaurs leave behind through their footprints. Interact with real dinosaur and other fossils in this hands-on workshop, with Science Communicator, Sally Hurst. Includes an 'Interview with a Palaeontologist' session, where you get the opportunity to ask lots of questions about dinosaurs, fossils, megafauna and all things palaeontology. Sally Hurst is a presenter and educator, and has extensive experience in creating school and public programs that give audiences around Australia the opportunity to engage with science. Strictly for 8-12 yr olds (please make alternative arrangements for younger siblings). Children 10 yrs and under must be accompanied by an adult. Cost: $10 (NB. ALL attendees - adults and children - must purchase a ticket.)
